4/47 Westbrook House
II
House. c.1840. Red brick with painted stucco dressings and low hipped slate roof with ridge stacks with moulded cornices. L- plan. 2 storey, 3 bay front having central half glazed door and plain overlight covered by tall open porch with square Doric pillars and plain entablature flanked by single glazing bar sashes set in slightly advanced stuccoed bays with plain cornices. To first floor are 2 glazing bar sashes with splayed lintels. To right a lower 2 storey block with hipped roof and beyond a 2 bay single storey service range.
