Details
KIRBY BEDON WHITLINGHAM LANE TG 20 NE (south side) 2/41 Whitlingham 26/11/59 Ruins of Church of St. Andrew II Ruins of parish church. Fell into disrepair c.1630 after belfry stage added 1620. Tower collapsed 1940. Mainly C14-C15. Flint with brick dressings. West tower, nave and chancel originally. Circular tower now indicated by overgrown mound. One tall fragment of south-west nave wall survives. South side of chancel wall and east end remains along with south side of brick chancel arch. One 2-light Perpendicular south chancel window and one cinquefoiled lancet. Perpendicular 3-light east window. Brick and ashlar arch to piscina.
