2. C17 house, colonial-prototype plan and elevations, of 2 storeys with 2 facade gables. Roofs ridged, gabled and peg-tiled with eaves and a 4 shaft, diagonally set, and pilastered chimney stack central to range. Timber framed and plastered with fenestration replaced by modern casements. An early range of 2 storey extends this into an L-plan.
