GV II
House. Early C19. Rendered, with a slate roof, gabled at the right end; left end stack. Plan: Deep rectangular plan with a narrow street frontage, front door to the right. Exterior: 2 storeys. Asymmetrical 2 bay front with a deep eaves cornice, a 2 storey bow to the left and a C19 recessed panelled front door to the right with a moulded doorcase and rectangular fanlight. The 2 storey bow is glazed with C19 timber sashes, 4-pane to the outer lights, 12-pane to the centre. Attic dormer with a 4 over 8 pane sash. Interior: Not inspected but may retain features of interest. An attractive small house on the strand.
