Details
LODDON STUBBS GREEN TM 39 NE 6/111 The Elms 25-9-51 II
Farmhouse, C17. Plastered. Part faced in painted brick. Steep roof with black glazed pantiles, one end gabled, the other hipped. Two storeys and attics. Two windows. Large old three-light casements. Two later brick porches with modillion cornices. At south end good brick chimney stack with five diagonally set shafts, large outbuilt brick chimney stack at rear (east). South end lower C17 timber-framed, painted brick faced wing with steep pantile roof with coped gable end and one four-light casement. C18 painted brick wing at rear (west), two storeys, hipped pantile roof, brick dentil eaves.
