Probably C17. Quaternary beach flint with stone quoins and later brick dressings. Steep pantile roof with gabled ends. Brick dentil eaves; two storeys. First floor small casement with glazing bars; and sash. Ground floor large modern casement with glazing bars. Left hand doorway with stone jambs, C18 doorcase inserted with flush-panel door and small window with glazing bars above. At front, but enclosed by later lean-to addition, is a small stone ogee-headed cusped window, probably re-used and from another building, as are probably the other stones set into the front wall. Situated in yard to east of High Street.
