GV II

The description shall be amended to read:-

Cottage. Circa 1850-60. Snecked mudstone with ashlar quoins, Bathstone detail; two gable end rendered chimney shafts; slate roof. Tudor Gothic style. 2-room plan cottage facing east with end stacks. 2 storeys. Irregular 1-window front comprising ground floor 3-light window to right and first floor 2-light window to left, both of Bathstone with ovolo-moulded mullions. Door to left gained by external flight of stone steps, a Tudor arched doorway with hollow-chamfered surround. Gable-ended roof with kneelers and coping. Rear elevation includes 1- and 2-light windows similar to those on front.
