Late C18. Coursed rubble with date roof. A basically similar pair of houses, but
with slightly different arrangement of openings. Each in 2-storeys and attic, with
a paired sash on the ground floor and 2 separate ones above, all with stone architraves.
Little Elms has a modern glazed door and a through passage. The Elms a 4-panelled
door with rectangular light, and a blocked through passage. Steeply pitched roofs,
Little Elms has 3 modern gabled dormers and brick stack, The Elms has a modern long
dormer and 2 end stacks.

To rear: Little Elms has a large gabled chimney stack. The Elms has a large
3½ storey gable with mullion windows.

Interior: The Elms retains part of a turned baluster (circa 1700) staircase.
