Semi-detached house. C17 largely rebuilt C19 with C20 converted farm buildings at rear not of listable quality. Coursed, squared limestone in several different builds. Artificial stone roof. Twin ashlar stacks off centre, single ashlar stack towards right with brick top. Both chimneys have moulded tops one with skirting also. Houses form long range parallel to street. Greyrick Cottage, left extends back left, Main body, one storey with attic. Greyrick Cottage (left): 2-windowed with 2 storey principal gable left and dormer from eaves right, 2, 3 and 4-light flat-chamfered, stone mullioned windows all with horizontal glazing bars and stopped hoods. C20 plank door in plain C20 opening, off centre left. Greyrick House: single storey and attic light by 2 dormers across eaves. 3-light stone mullioned casements with C20 windows, 5-panel C19 door up 3 steps, off centre right, with C19 open sided gabled porch with decorative woodwork in gable.
