II
House. C17. Flint walls with brick dressings and red pantiled roof. Lobby entrance plan, 2 storeys with attic. South front with later C17 gabled 3 storey stairs wing on axis with central stack. Casement windows all C20, to ground floor and first floor 2 windows on either side of stairs turret with 2 windows and attic moulded brick mullioned window. C20 dormers. Later C17 brick stairs tower at west gable. Single storey addition to east. North, entrance, front: ground floor 2 sashes with glazing bars, 2 wooden mullioned windows east and west, first floor 3 casements. Two C20 dormers. C20 north porch wing. Brick kneelers and parapets. Central end stacks with external breasts and single octagonal shafts. Interior with chamfered spine beams to ground floor, some surviving collars and wind braces to roof.
