Stables and cart sheds to south-west of, and barn, cart shed and coach-house to west of No 12 (Stonegate Farmhouse) [formerly listed as No 12 (Egmere Road House including barns)] TF 9336 NW 1/101 30.11.51.

Two mid C19 ranges of stable buildings to south-west of house: flint with brick dressings; pantile roofs with coped gable ends; brick dentil eaves; one storey; segmental headed openings with multi-pane metal frame windows, centre panes on horizontal pivot; simple plank doors, round-headed passageway through one range nearest house. Cart sheds adjoining stables enclosing yard south-west of house. Early to mid C19 barn west of house: flint with red brick quoins and brick dentil eaves; pantile roof with coped gable end; large central cart entrance; ventilation slits and initials HLW made from bottoms of old wine bottles. C19 cart sheds adjoining north of barn. C19 Coach-house west of house on opposite side of farmyard with rear wall facing Egmere Road; flint and brick; pantile roof, one end hipped; carriage doors at one end. Adjoining granary (not included), completing north side of farmyard, was recently destroyed by fire and rebuilt in modern brick.
