Farmhouse. C18. Red brick with pantiled roof; porch plaintiled. Three storeys, two storeys at rear. Symmetrical facade of three bays: ground floor cross-casements with glazing bars, first floor cruciform sashes with glazing bars, 2-light second floor casements. Gauged arches over ground and first floor openings. Central porch with pediment on Tuscan columns with later glazing and doors. Entrance door with six panels, part-glazed, and rectangular fanlight. Modillion eaves cornice. Parapet gables with moulded eaves corbels and internal chimney stacks. Catslide extension to rear with sashes and casements; large external stack at south-east corner.
