Farmhouse. c.1600 and C17. Flint, carstone and clunch with brick dressings and red pantiled roofs. Of three or four different builds, all C17. Two storeys with two storey porch projection at west. Porch flint with brick dressings, central four-centred arch with plastered reveals and brick drip mould, brick quoins and stepped brick coped gable with cut down central finial. First floor two-light casement, C20 red pantiled roof. To south two storey central range. Chequer work knapped carstone, flint and pink clunch. Three inserted C18 ground floor brick dressed window surrounds, one blocked, two with wooden casement cross windows. Two first floor two-light casements with single glazing bar, in rectangular C17 brick dressed openings.

First floor brick plat-band, battered brick quoins at south, both C18. Brick coped parapets divide from builds to north and south, two stacks rebuilt. South single bay range perhaps of same build as porch : galletted, knapped flint, brick plinth and quoins. Ground floor has one three-light C20 casement, set in narrowed surrounds of two former C18 sashes, with quoins and flat brick arches surviving. First floor two two-light casements in rectangular C17 brick openings.

South gable with kneelers, brick copings and on south one blocked brick dressed C17 attic window. At ground floor a carstone and pantiled lean-to addition. North single bay range, carstone, single ground and first floor two-light casements. Boarded door at north. North parapeted gable. Steeply pitched roofs to each of three ranges, with parapets and two stacks dividing the three builds. Rear stairs outshut connecting centre and south ranges. Lean-to at north gable with outshut to rear.
