Formerly mill-keeper's cottage, built in several stages. Main
frontage probably late C16/early C17, enlarged to rear in late C20.
Rubble stone, coursed on lower right hand section, stone slate
roof, renewed stone stacks. Single front range with 2 large
gables, and rear range to right. Two storeys with blind attic.
Gable to left has blind 2-light stone mullion with dripmould in
apex, gable to right has small blind single rectangular light.
First floor has 2-light stone mullion with square hoodmould and
leaded iron casements on each side and C20 three-light casement
with concrete lintel to ground floor. Central small gabled porch
of C20. Right hand return has blind oval window in apex and 2-
light stone mullion with square hoodmould to first floor. Small
single-storey wing to left of C20.
