TG 10 SE MULBARTON THE COMMON (east-side) 2/24 Premises of Norfolk 2/10/51 Pryde Ltd. Formerly barn to Old Hall Farm.

Former barn and dwelling now warehouse and shop. C17 extended by 2 bays to west in early C18. Brick with pantiled roof. Inhabited west end of 2 storeys with attic with C20 fenestration in original openings, a curved gable and the remains of one ovolo-moulded mullion window to north. Ventilation slits elsewhere. Part of north facade with a moulded brick and dentil cornice. Shaped eaves sprockets. Roof of 23 trusses with butt purlins and collared principal rafters with ties to every other truss. Straight wind braces. Inhabited end with stepped and nicked stops to principal beam and first floor door frame. Stair with 2 sur- viving C18 turned balusters. Well preserved tuck-pointed wall (originally west gable-end). Partly dismantled gable-end stack.
