A C17-C18 building comprising a timber framed and weather boarded barn with a gabled entrance wing on the west side and a tiled roof and a red and blue brick building, now used as a dwelling house, adjoining the north end and standing at right angles to the barn. Two storeys. Three window range on both the north and south fronts. The north front is divided by brick panels and has a double-hung sashes with glazing bars, in plain reveals and the south front has C20 casements. Roof tiled, with a stopped gable with a moulded brick coping at the west end. A hipped wing projects at the north-east end.
Great Graces, Barn and outbuilding to the north east of Great Graces, outbuilding to the south east of Great Graces and Wall and Pavilion to the east of Great Graces form a group.
