Detached house used as offices at time of listing. Late C17. Coursed rubble limestone; brick chimneys; stone slate roof. Two storey with attic; L-plan. South side: main gable projects forward to right with single window, chamfered mullioned casement fenestration, off-centre two-light to ground floor with continuous hoodmould extending to east side; two-light to upper floor and attic, both with hoodmoulds. C20 door to left. East side: single-window, three-light casements. North side: partially blocked ground floor two-light casement to right. Attached open lean-to is not of special interest. West: smaller gable with altered upper floor fixed light with timber lintel; small single-light to attic with hoodmould.
Interior not inspected.
Forms part of group with The Nook (q.v.).
