GV II
Semi-detached house. Late C18/early C19. Rubble stone on ashlar
plinth with plat band and blocking course at eaves, slate roof,
central stone ridge stack and rear brick lateral stack. Single
front range with rear catslide and long single-storey rear wing not
of special interest, 2 storeys, and attic in gable end. Three
windows, originally 12-pane sashes with timber lintel, that to left
replaced on both floors by 2-storey late C19 canted bay of ashlar
base with incised render above and 3 plate glass sashes. Ground
floor has 16-pane sash to right and recessed central door of 4
recessed panels and margin-glazed plain fanlight, up 2 stone steps.
