Dated 1837. Stone walls, stone slate roofs with parapets to gables. Stone stacks with diagonally set shafts. In traditional style. One storey and attics. T-shaped plan. Main south-west elevation has projecting gabled wing at west end. Porch, in angle, has gabled roof. Ledged door in four-centred arch, with carved date-stone over, inscribed "Lady Emily Septima Bingham, 1837". Ground floor has two three-light stone mullioned windows with hoodmoulds and double-hung sashes. Attic has two gabled dormers with mullioned windows and casements. In the wing, ground floor and attic each have one three-light stone mullioned window with hoodmoulds - double-hung sashes on ground floor - casements in attic. Internally, main staircase has plain square balusters and shaped spandril brackets. Contemporary outbuilding at rear - said to be former butler's cottage, has stone walls, stone slate roof and brick stack. Single storey. RCHM Monument 5.
