Two houses and school, now one house. Early C19 with some late C20 alterations. Brick with tile roof. Two storeys on cellar. Main range to left has 2 + 2 windows: 2-light casements to left, horizontally sliding sashes to right; ground floor: from left to right: glazing bar sash, 16-pane sash, glazing bar sash, 16-pane sash; an entrance between each pair, each has a wooden architrave and C19 doors with pointed heads to narrow panels; that to left has a segmental head; to right-hand end former school room of one storey has two windows with Tudor arch heads and Gothick glazing; angle between school room and main block has a lean-to C20 porch.
