Almshouses. Dated 1868, by Benjamin Ferrey Diocesian Architect. Coursed rubble, freestone detail, plain tiles, diagonally set dressed stone stacks. Tudor style. Single storey and attic, single bay each. Each door opening having an equilateral arch in a moulded surround. Flanked by bay window having wooden mullion-and-transom fenestration in stone surround. Single pitch roof to bays running the whole length of facade forming porch for each doorway, supported on curved wooden brackets. 2-light casements to first floor each in individual gable.
