Vine houses: brick plinths with blocked arched openings (for roots to grow through); small-pane glazing; doors in returns. Root beds have low retaining walls with chamfered tile coping. Rear: right-hand garden house has 4-panel door and 2 old small-pane windows; rest of range has late C20 doors and small-pane windows, roof heightened, and left-hand section extended forward slightly.
