Lodge to Ombersley Court, now house. c1830 with mid-C20 alterations and additions. Ashlar, hipped slate roof with overhanging eaves and central brick ridge stack. Single storey with plinth and moulded eaves cornice; octagonal plan with canted bays at front and rear. Greek Revival style. Front elevation: sides of canted bay each have a glazing bar sash window with moulded cornice above on consoles; central entrance had porch with two Doric columns supporting entablature, inner large moulded consoles with acanthus detail flanking 6-panelled door. Blind window in right side elevation and-side windows of rear bay, all detailed as the front ones; at centre of rear canted bay is small wing with pedimented gable end and paired ledged and battened doors beneath. Adjoining the left side elevation is a narrow flat-roofed addition with half-glazed door, now providing the present main entrance and which links the original building with a C20 single storey extension of sympathetic construction and detailing.
