Three attached houses, formerly one. C16, C17 additions and alterations. Coursed rubble, double-Roman tile roofs except stone slates to number 65, brick stacks, that to number 65 particularly tall and raising from eaves, further ashlar stack raising from apex of coped verge. Irregular "L"-shaped facade, further wing at right angles to rear. Two storeys 3:1:1 bays, number 63, three 4 and 5-light ogee-moulded stone mullioned windows, that to left of ground floor with one light blocked, ground floor openings have stopped labels. Door opening to centre has a chamfered 4-centred surround, plank door, similar opening to rear. Number 65 set at right angles to number 63, gabled stair, turret to left which over-lies the eaves of the former; similarly moulded 2-light stone mullioned windows with labels. Door opening in end elevation, C19 half glazed door, open pent-roofed porch on wooden columns, adjacent C19 casement to left. Number 61 at right angles to rear of 63; one bay, flush mounted C19 casements. Door opening to right in chamfered stone surround, C19 plank door. Interior of 63 features moulded ceiling beams to ground floor rooms, that to left with fireplace in a four centred stone surround with moulded shelf. Two further fireplaces of a similar type to first floor, one dated 1663. (V.A.G. Report, unpublished SRO, July 1980).
