- II
Cottage. Dated 1681. Local limestone rubble, double Roman tile roof, brick end stacks, coped verges. "L"-plan, symmetrical facade. 3-bays, 3-storeys, ovolo moulded stone mullioned windows of 2-lights, except centre of second floor and third floor have plain square mullions; moulded string course above window heads to ground and first floor. Cutstone plaque above first floor centre window:- "A.H. 1681". Central door opening, C20 gabled porch and door. 5-bay return to left side, irregular fenestration, some semi-circular headed windows in plain stone surrounds, remainder C19 casements.
