GV II
House, now 3 dwellings. Early C17, C18 and C19 alterations and extensions. Timber frame, weatherboarded. Tiled roof. 2 storeys and attic. 1 bay to each property. Ridleys to left has shop window with entrance to left all under a bracketed moulded hood. Early C19 pilastered doorcase. 1 window to left. No. 108: similar doorcase with C19 glazing bar sash to left. Timber Cottage: entrance to left with C18 hood over 6 panelled door. C19 glazing bar sash to right. First floor horizontal sliding sashes and early C20 2 light gabled dormers to all properties. Gable end stacks. Brick right return wall. Adjoins No. 19 (q.v.) to left. C18 hipped roof extension to rear of Ridleys. C19 rear extensions to No. 108 and Timber Cottage. Interior: Ridleys has axial ovolo moulded binding beam. Tie beam truss with slightly cambered chamfered tie, an arch brace. Clasped purlin roof with queen struts. (RCHM Typescript).
