House, at one time 3 or more dwellings. Late C16 or early C17, extended and altered C19 and mid C20. Timber frame, rendered. Steeply pitched thatched roof. Originally 3 bays extended to left in 2 phases, now 7 bays. 1 storey and attic. Entrance now to centre in first added bay, plank and muntin door, tiled gabled hood. Flanking flush frame 3 light horizontal sliding sashes. To right a smaller horizontal sliding sash and a C20 4 light flat headed projecting bay window. To left a recessed 2 light small pane casement and a horizontal sliding sash. 2 dormers with eyebrow thatching and one to left with a tiled gabled head. Ridge stacks to centre of original bays and between 2 added sections. Left end external stack and 2 light casements. Right end French windows and an attic casement. To rear mixed casements and horizontal sliding sashes. Small outshut additions. Interior: some exposed framing with curved passing tension braces, jowled posts, reset stop chamfered bearer.
