II
Farmhouse. C18 with C19 extension to rear. Local stone squared coursed rubble, ashlar dressings: plain clay tile roof between stepped coped gables; brick end chimney stacks. 'L'-plan. 2 storeys, 3-bay East elevation. 16-pane sash window above, set flush with wall; below 4+12+4 pane composite sash window under flat voussoired heads; central door with 4 fielded panels and two glazed top panels in stone architraved surround, under flat stone hood on simple brackets. Rendered C19 extension to rear. Interior not seen.
