Early C19. Gault brick, Welsh slated roof with wide eaves cornice. Plinth, two storeys, four triple light sash windows under elliptical white brick arches. Two storey canted bay window on left. Recessed doorway left of centre has fluted Greek Doric quarter columns supporting entablature and framing oblong fanlight above six-panelled door with two panels flush. Lower wings, with eaves level bands and low parapets, have walls mainly blank, central segmentally arched panels with imposts.
Interior: ground floor room segmental vaulted ceiling, hall elliptical archways on fluted oval half columns.
Nos 28 to 36 (even), Yard Wall to No 36 and No 36A form a group with the former United Reformed Church and Nos 1 and 3 Lower King Street.
