House. 1845. Coursed malmstone walls with brick quoins, cambered arches to the ground floor, and stepped plinth band. Hipped tiled roof. Symmetrical front (north) of two storeys, three windows. Casements. Gothic doorway, with Tudor brick arch, moulded doorframe, and four-panelled door with painted upper panels. Stone plaque inscribed T.B 1845.
