C18 front of channelled plaster, red tiled roof behind parapet with central open
pediment. 3 storeys, 7 sash windows in moulded flush frames. Fine central doorway
has 6 fielded panelled door and oblong fanlight with ornamental monogram glazing
in fielded panelled reveal, surround of Roman Doric half columns, entablature
with running fret frieze and dentil and mutule cornice, pediment.
Interior contains remarkable early C17 decoration: 3 carved and painted chimneypieces
with elaborate overmantels, painted ceilings with arabesques, oak panelling in
2 rooms, early C18 deal panelling in 1 room.
