Detached house. Probably early C19. Local stone rubble coursed, plain clay tile roof with simple gables; brick end chimney stacks. 2 storeys, 3 bays. 3-light leaded windows under exposed timber lintols: between bays 2 and 3 a part glazed early C20 door set in timber latticework porch with lead bell-hip roof. Interior not seen. In important postion visually at the centre of the town.
