Triangular post with chamfered top sloping to front; hollow back. Superscription: "WENLOCK/4 1/2" on top, "SALOP/8/T0 THE COUNTY HALL" (left side) and "B.NORTR/12 1/2 /TO THE TOWN HALL" (right side).
