Cottage. Circa early to mid C18, altered early C19 and C20. Timber framed front and rear walls with C18 brick gable wall to right return and circa early C19 brick gable wall to left. Roughcast front facade. Low pitched slate roof (raised circa early C19). "L" shaped plan with inglenook fireplace to right gable end and winder staircase to rear of front range left of centre. 2 storeys. 2 windows wide, with entrance between, to right of centre. Square headed 3-light casement windows; leaded panes. Camber-headed entrance with early C19 door and slightly projecting circa C19 porch with octagonal timber columns and cambered roof. Included for group value only.
