Mill, millhouse and waterwheel. Probably early C18, on medieval site, later alterations, undergoing restoration at time of survey, (September 1983), Roughcast over random rubble, pantiled roof, brick stacks left gable end of mill, centre right of mill house and rising from eaves of hipped Southern addition to mill house. "L"-plan, mill house lying East-West, Southern addition and outshot at rear, mill at right angle with mill wheel Northern end. 2 storeys, mill house 2 C20 3-light metal casements first floor left, same ground floor, entrance to right C20 door; mill C19 2-light casements first floor and ground floor left, single storey addition with 3 light casement right, plank door to left. Remains of iron bound overshot waterwheel right, all undergoing restoration at time of survey. Interior not viewed, said to contain much of mill machinery. (Photograph in NMR).
