II
Two semi detached pairs of estate cottages. Circa 1840; some C20 alterations. Red brick with gauged brick lintels. Slate roofs. 2 storeys. Each has 2 gable ends towards road and single gable ends projecting on each side elevation. Dogtooth brick eaves throughout. Front gables have 3-light ground floor and 2- light 1st floor casements with cast iron lattice panes. Side gables are 1 window, but most windows are renewed. Single storey gabled porches in side angles have elliptical-arched doorways and blind arched panels to the front elevations. Central grouped chimney stacks. Tannadice has a single storey c.1970 extension to its S gable end; Brogdale has a roughcast N gable end.
