GV II
Farmhouse. Early C17. Random rubble, C20 tile roof, end brick stacks, 3 casement dormers. Symmetrical frontage. Two storeys and attics, 3 bays, 3-light ovolo-moulded stone mullioned windows to first floor; 4-light openings to ground floor, continuous weathered string over. Central door opening in a double ovolo-moulded stone surround, early C19 6-panelled door, top 2 panels glazed; gabled wooden porch, half-glazed outer door. A single storey outshut to both left and right sides. Attached rubble barn set back to rear, 2 storeys, pantile roof, divided plank door, strap hinges, ventilation slit to right of door opening. Part of the Longleat Estate.
