House. Circa 1810. Painted stucco over rubble, pilaster quoin strips, slate roof overhanging eaves with brackets, brick stacks gable ends. Double pile. 2 storeys, 3 bays: 16-pane sash windows, central 6-panel fielded door, part glazed under fanlight, flat canopy porch with moulded cornice carried on thin wooden supports. This was formerly know as Hill Villa.
