10/24 13A and 15 (formerly 26/5/55 listed as No. 14 and No. 15.

GV II

2 houses, now 2 shops and flats. Circa 1600 with C20 shop fronts. Timber framed with rendered square panels, parallel diagonal bracing forming lozenge patterns, and old tile roof. 3 framed bays with 2 framed bay wing to rear. 2 storeys. Jettied first floor with moulded bressumer and cut brackets; 5 small jettied gables above, 3 to right with concave lozenge- decorated queen post trusses, 2 to left with single-posted trusses and tension braces, and continuous moulded bressumer with small brackets. Ridge stack on wing to rear. 3 blocked former 3-light second floor windows to right; 2 first floor 6-light C20 wooden mullioned and transomed leaded casements to left and 3-light C20 leaded casement to right; two C20 double- fronted shop fronts to left with central glazed doors, and carriageway to right. Wing to rear with 2 separate framed bays, both with square framing and queen post trusses with V-struts. This building forms a good group with Nos, 1 and 2 Park Street (q.v.) N. Pevsner, B.O.E., Shropshire, p.245.
