House. C17 or earlier. Timber frame roughcast on brick plinth.
Grey brick facing to recessed ground floor front. Steep old red
tile roofs. Large red brick external gable chimney on S with
crow-steps to lower offset. 2 storeys, with gabled S bay on
front with bargeboards and its jettied upper floor carried on
heavy bull-nosed joists and brackets. Bracketed eaves. Sash
windows in flush frames. 6-panel door. Large gabled rear wing
plastered with canted bay window rising above a square lower bay
and an external chimney.
