Incorrectly shown on OS map as Lothsham House. House and shop. Early C19 incorporating late C19 shopfront. Red sandstone random rubble, slate roof with overhanging eaves and irregularly spaced decorative wooden sprockets, decorative ridge tiles, brick stacks left and right. 3-storeys, 3-bays; first and second floors 12 pane sash windows, ground floor left C20 sash window, all in lugged raised cement surrounds. To left of central doorway late C19 shopfront with fluted pilasters and pedimented tops with plate glass window and recessed door to right. Main entrance, broken pedimented doorcase with composite capitals, panelled reveals, tracery fanlight and 6 panel door approached by 3 steps.
