Farmhouse, now house. Probably late C16/early C17, encased in stone
early C18 with later additions and alterations. Uncoursed limestone
rubble (roughcast to gable) probably partly concealing and partly replacing
timber frame, slate roof. 2-bay hall range to left with flush cross-wing
of roughly equal length to right. One storey and attic to hall range
with 2 storeys to cross-wing; mid-C20 casements, one on each floor to
gable and one to left of mid-C20 door to hall range, contemporary gabled
eaves dormer above; C20 painted brick stack in roof slope to right of
hall range. Interior: not inspected but noted as having square panelled
timber framed cross-wall (possibly formerly the back wall) to cross-
wing: there are likely to be other features of interest.
