Red sandstone random rubble, clay tile darn block half hipped to right, pantiled crosswing right, brick stacks gable ends and to left of cross passage between dwelling and mill. Plan: 2 cell and cross passage with cross passage right dividing mill house from mill building with abutting lower crosswing, perhaps a bakery. Pantiled wings at rear Interior: partially sighted: remains of machinery insitu in mill end bay right of main block, overshot water wheel removed but course of leat evident.
