8/131 Cowsheds, mixing-house - and granary approx. 40m north-east of Shelvock 21.8.86 Farmhouse (formerly listed as Cowsheds, mixing-house and granary, Shelvock Farm)
GV II
Cowsheds, mixing-house and granary. Early C19 with later alterations. Uncoursed and roughly coursed sandstone rubble. Slate roofs, the continuation of the north range to east at the junction with the east range continuing at a higher level. One storey, the north range at the junction with the east range of 2 storeys. Irregular fenestration comprising 3 segmental- headed windows alternating with segmental-headed plank doors to north range and 2 segmental-headed windows alternating with segmental-headed doorways to east range. Wider segmental-headed cart entrance to north range in angle with east range. Interior. King-post roof in 4 bays to north range, in 3 bays to east range and in 3 bays to granary at junction between ranges. Shelvock Farmhouse is not included in this list.
