Semi-detached house. C17 Local lias stone cut and squared with painted ashlar dressings; clay pantiled roof between stepped coped gables; brick chimney stacks. Two storeys with attics, 3 bays. To ground floor, pairs of 8 pane sash windows set under label mouldings in outer bays; above 3 light ovolo mould mullioned windows in wave mould recesses under label, with matching 2-light window set into attic gables over: to centre bay of ground floor a 12-pane sash window and a flush panelled door with glazed toplight set under stone hood on simple brackets; no windows above. Interior not seen. Immediately east of house a matching stone boundary wall about 450mm high with plain shaped copings, on which are set cast iron railings about 600mm high with 3-point finials; matching gate with more elaborate fleurs-de-lys spikes to gate standards, all contributing to setting of house.
