Early C18 house and shop. One building. 2-storeys. Chequered red
and blue brick. Double roof of slates; 2 gabled dormers. Rusticated
stone quoins. Stucco band. Stone plinth. 5 windows, one blocked,
flush frames, straight brick arches and stone cills. Ground floor
has been altered - a stone extension with shop front has been added
to No 44 and a bay window to No 44A. Modern doors, Modern extension
to rear.
Nos 41, 44 and 44A form a group with Victoria Hall.
