Range of cottages. Late C17/C18, restored 1901. Coursed rubble stone and ashlar with quoins and stone dressings and Collyweston slate roofs with stone and brick ridge, end, and rear stacks. Some gables stone coped. Curving Z plan. Gable facing, front to right.1½ and 2 storeys: from left: 2-light casement, plank doors to Nos. 13 and 15, with 2-light over latter; a 3-light centre-opening casement; door to No.17, 3-light casement with 2-light dormer, plank door; plank door with 2-light over on gable end; then 11 pane window, plank door and 3-light centre-opening casement with 2-light over. The right hand section of No.19 now a shop, is not of special interest. Similar windows and part re-roofed C20 on other side and rear. On gable end by street a stone tablet inscribed 'Sapcote's Charity: bequeathed 1857, restored 1901.' Important group value with Church. (q.v.).
