The ground floor of the centre is a porch, with recessed brick- work opening, niches within, and a half-glazed inner door with flanking lights. Behind again is a parallel block, forming a double pile, the north part medieval the south mid C19; the north gable has flintwork with stone quoins, and above this brickwork, a ground floor three-light sash beneath a cambered arch, and upper narrow sashes; the south gable is tile-hung above brickwork in Flemish bond, with a arge three-light sash to the 1st floor, above a rectangular bay with deep casements. The deieval rear wing has a wide roof with a lower eaves, flint walls with stone quoins, and C19 windows. There are minor extensions north and south, and the rearmost part of the building abuts the high flint wall of the adjoining churchyard.
