Villa. Circa. 1830 extended at rear c.1840. Gault brick, Flemish bond and English bond to end walls. Hipped slate roof, with end stacks. Paired brackets to boarded eaves. Double pile following 1840 extension parallel to original range. Two storeys. Range of three first floor recessed hung sashes with single central glazing bar. Central doorway in double recessed round headed arch with reeding and boss enrichment to rebate of arch. Panelled door with radial fanlight.
