Farmhouse, formerly 2 cottages. Probably late C17. Timber-framed, irregular brick and wattle and daub infill panels, weatherboarded to right, shingle roof, 2 local type external chimneys to rear wall. One storey and attic, eaves raised; 4 bays, irregular fenestration to ground floor: small single pane C20 in left hand bay, one 3-light casement in second and another in third bay from left; attic has 3 regularly spaced raking-top half-dormers on line of former wall-plate, each with 2-pane casements one to each of the 3 right hand bays; C20 entrance doors under plank weatherings in second and fourth bays from left. Tension braces to left hand gable from cill to conrner posts and another in front wall from cill to post demarcating first and second bays. Roughly 2 panels from cill to former wall-plate, raised eaves in plain plastered band. Interior: in attic first truss from left has cambered collar with chamfered door head beneath, second truss has arch-braces to collar with raking struts above; ledged C17 door from third to fourth bays from left; decorated strap hinges to door into principal ground floor right hand room.
